Hair fall at very young age!

Hair fall at very young age!

I'm only 14 and I think I'm facing hair fall. My hair is wavy and strands are thin, medium dense.
When I run my hands, I see 0-3 hairs and sometimes 5 hairs fall out. If I give it a shake from back to front i see 6-8 hairs fall out.
Is it normal?
And also my hair is a bit less dense on front than back.
Please help me out, I'm concerned about it!

Hair fall during teenage years is normal if no apparent baldness occurs.
At your age, that's absolutely normal and nothing to worry about. Your scalp is constantly shedding hair strands on a daily basis. Denser hair on the back of the head is usually a visual effect since the crown area has no actual hairline and thus is surrounded by hair strands.

If you're still worried, feel free to upload pictures of your hair and scalp so we can have a look.

RE: Hair fall at very young age!
Well, I do count my hair fall. It's 80-90 hairs a day.
And when I touch my my scalp and hairs, I could feel that its thick on back and thin on front.
There's no noticeable thinning or balding that you can see in picture but I could feel it.
Is there any method that would regrow my hair?

Hair fall at a young age is commonly just harmless hair shedding.

Normal daily hair loss is about 100 hair strands. That's just your scalp shedding hair out of the many thousand other hair strands in different growth cycles.

Regrowing your hair would depend upon what it is that's causing your hair loss. But that's if you actually are balding and not just going through a heavy hair shedding cycle. The latter is very common with teenagers.

Take some pictures and upload them on your next post. Both from the front (forehead hairline) and vertex (crown or back of the top of the head).

Any male family members who are bald or went bald before the age of 35? I'm talking of direct family members like any brothers, your father, your two grandfathers and any uncles (paternal and maternal).

RE: Hair fall at very young age!
Yes like he said, 100 hair fibers and even more per day. It's normal so don't worry! Your age is too young for androgenetic alopecia.
