I was hoping to see a thread devoted to curtains. It is definitely a throwback to the 90s, but one of my hair idols for the past few years is Jared Padalecki, who sports some pretty fine hair on Supernatural. I don't know if this the right place to ask, but since my I had a Middle Part Curtain hairstyle I'm posting it here.

I had been parting my hair from the middle until like a few weeks ago. I decided to do a side part instead, because a bald patch is visible right above my forehead where I used to do my middlepart. I have never had this bald patch, it started after parting my hair from the middle. It looks quite weird. I will be cutting my long hair pretty short in a week or 2 and I hope that it will solve the problem, since the weight of my hair will be lowered and there won't be a parting at all when my hair is short. So is this ''self'' created bald patch normal and will it go away in time? I am pretty much sure it is caused by me parting my hair.

Becks with middle part hair... lol that was a good time ago. The hairstyle was so 90s, it hit off in other countries not just the states and Uk. See pic below of a mexican Rider Strong a good friend of mine is mexican and he told me they had the same middle part hair trend there in Mexico. We could say the middle part was the undercut of the 90s and be correct at that.

Whenever Nikolaj Coster-Waldau doesn't have short hair, he will keep his hair long and styled in a curtains hair style. Classic look for long straight hair. Cheers!

Hey mate! I was actually going to post this in the celebrity-section because I really liked his hairstyle. Would this work for a person with a lot of hair density and thick hair like me. How long is his hair? I look at this hair as a inspiration as I'm growing my hair. =] thanks

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau's hairstyle is 6 inches to 8 inches long, depending on the picture (as posted by Bradley above). In any case, that particular hair-length range is great for a middle-parted hairstyle whatever the hair type of oneself. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau's haircut is a layered haircut and he seems to entertain the 1980s' bowl haircut at times when he chooses to get a taper on the sides and back of the head!
