Introducing myself- looking for guidance

hey guys,

whats up im ben im a 20 year old sophomore in college.

im originally from Nashville, TN. I love The Wire, Breaking Bad, watching sports, and playing pickup basketball.

im here because i've had trouble with my hair for a long time now.
i'll post a longer thread on a different topic page but basically i just have no idea what to do w/ my hair-- it is really resistant to whatever i try to style it. right now i have medium length hair and just kinda swoop it to the side. if it gets too long, my sister makes fun of me for having "helmet hair"...

i pretty much constantly am a little anxious about how my hair looks. as a result i wear hats out a lot and stress about what shampoo to buy. i've never used any kind of product for fear of looking too edgy or weird (although I've always wanted to try).

anyway, thanks for reading and thanks for letting me join you guys in this community. it seems like a cool place and im excited to be here
