2016 Hair Styles For When The Undercut Dies

Let's face it, the undercut is extremely mainstream now. What will be the next innovative hairstyle for men? What do the pros think? Will we go back to boring classic cuts or will the architects of hair come up with something new and edgy for us to rock?

*Full disclosure: I do currently have an undercut but it's so prevalent I'm searching for a new look.

I'm so happy that people are finally realising how dead the undercut is; it has stopped being cool for at least the last 6 months. I think that people have already started to move on, growing their hair out longer, but in terms of something new coming, I can't see it happening.

I never had an undercut (Too Nazi) but I'm interested in going in two directions:

- Shoulder length hair
or
- Simple, sophisticated quiff

Not sure yet. Think I'll make my next cut a quiff and then grow it out from there.

Typically my hair basically looks like Ryan Gosling's hair in Drive. Sometimes I take things a bit shorter.

Here's one thing.. the undercut is/was dope because it's edgy but still allows for classic looks like a pomp, quiff or slicked back look. It says, I can pull off a classy suit but might have some tattoos hidden under there.

There must be a successor! What will be the next king of cuts?!?!?!

Yeah I am bald right now. I am looking for the best haircut. I recently found this forum so hope that you guys will help me for sure with choosing the best haircut for 2016.

It's pretty mainstream but it still seems to be quite popular. Hard to see what will be next as I haven't noticed something else pop up in magazines, but old styles seem to come back, maybe long hair will be popular again.

Just after the man bun hairstyle, it seems like the fade cuts will be revived in 2016. What you say?
