this hair cut, the middle-right picture
what do you guys think of it? and what would i have to ask for at a barbers? and then how would i make my hair like that? would someone with thick hair be able to create this hairstyle?

sorry about all the questions, just im in desperate need of a decent hairstyle and have never really had one,
