Suggestions for new hair-style

Greetings to the community,

I want to have the following hair-style (remove spaces from links):

In order to get it, I'm leaving my hair grow up until it covers my eyes and the edges touch my lips, I always wanted a haircut like that since several years before but unfortunetly it seems like most of the stylists in my country don't know how to make and I've been disappointed for lots of messes. One of my thoughts was that it was very short by then, and that's one of the reasons why it wasn't successfull, my second thought is that my hair is too 'wavy' for get that shape, so, I don't know if my hair-type can adapt to that form easily or if I need to buy several products in order to make it 'more straight', this is it:

What do you think about the form? can I get it? what are your suggestions so I can tell to the stylist everything he/she needs to know for make it?
