Receding Hairline

Hello, I'm a 26-year-old guy who has a problem with receding hairlines. I realized that when I was in high school, I now have very clear M-shaped hair. How do I grow the hair? I used 5% minoxidil but it didn't seem to work well. Is it true that using reverse osmosis water can help or should hair transplant?
