New User - Asking for Imput

Hey everyone,

My name is Adam. I am 22 years old and currently an undergrad student at Chapman University in California, USA. I'm a senior studying fine arts and my concentration is on masculinity. I am so glad that I came across this forum because I am hoping to talk to many of you about your ideas of masculinity and body/facial hair.

For myself: I am tall, have little to no ability to grow facial hair or body hair. I have medium length curly/wavy red hair. It changes in style quite often because I am a hair model (which only leaves me having more questions about hair!).

My project: I am taking portraits of individuals who feel attached to their hair/body hair/facial hair, and how they feel that their identity/appearance/perception has been altered through hair in general. I am doing a lot of reading and exploring of hair. My final project will be creation of faux hair (false beards/mustaches, false chest hair, false pubic hair, etc.) and applying it on men and taking their pictures.

Please don't think that this is for some fetish of mine, it is a highly academic and structured project sanctified by my university.
I hope to speak with many with you in the near future.
