Messy Hair Help

Hi all, I am looking for some guidance on how to get the following hairstyle:

My hair is naturally straight although it can be styled into a wavy shape. It is around 4-5 inches on the fringe and about 3 inches on top and around 2 inches on the side.

What would be required to acheive this hairstyle?
