How to achive this type of curly frizzy hair?

Hello,

first off since this is my first post im not able to post any links or images,
thus just connect the https:// with the rest of the link in a search bar to see the photo. Sry about that but I assure you this isnt spam or anything danergous just that I need some hair help.

I have very similar hair compared to him and was wondering how he keeps it so fluffy and poofy. I notice my hair gets more flatter when letting it air dry, and using products like sea salt spray does help the texture I still find my hair to not poof as much. Though when I blow dry my hair it becomes way too fluffy and almost becomes single strands instead of curly bunches. I'm no hair expert and have only recently been trying to style my hair a certain way so any help would be appreciated.
