How do I get this hair?

Hey guys, I have a wavy hair and almost in the length of Kit Harington's in the picture:

I have few problems with my hair.
First of all, it's a lot dryer than Kit's hair. For start I ordered from Ebay a better, more professional shampoo, though I don't think it'd be enough to get that shiny look.
In addition, I am simply not able to sleek my front hair backwards like he did. It keeps falling to the side. Also, I don't have enough volume in the back. Instead of falling wavy and buffed it falls smoothly. It takes the shape of my head, what makes my haircut look a bit awkward.

Do any of you guys know products that can solve these problems and make my hair look more like in the pic?

I better mention that I haven't used hair products yet.
