Help, my hair keeps falling down.

I wish I could post images, but my recently I got a high fade and had a shower, and when I got out I blowed dried the hair combing it back but it was still flat and going to the sides and some hairs kept flopping down and blowing the hair back isn't staying back.help?

I am asain by the way and have asain hair.
