Half Tapered "Undercut"? What do I do?

So I went to the barber a few days ago. I asked for a slicked back undercut with a #2 guard on sides and back. I got that with a slight taper just under the part line near the temples of my head (on both sides obviously). I didn't really like it so I went to a different barber about 2 days later and got the tapered section shaved all the way up to the part line instead. However, he only did this to the side I part my hair on. So I have one side that is tapered and one side that isn't? I was wondering...what do I do!? Do I shave it all off or let it all grow out to just get a new cut? I would do any thing to get an old fashioned taper cut (like a regulation cut) back. I will have picture day sometime soon, and it's my senior year. Call me superficial, but I really don't want to be that bad haircut kid in the yearbook. Any help is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
