hey guys! My name is Jack and im 16 from Australia.

At the moment I have very short sides and long top (hipster haircut) and I actually really want to grow my hair out super long (without the fringe) like just simple long hair but I had trouble with it before as it grew OUT and just made my head look big. (probebly the awkward stage of growing)

So this time Im just going to keep on growing it. What is some advice or tips that you guys have with growing your hair long? Should I get another cut and even out the sides and top before i start growing?
