Want stronger hold for wet looking D. Draper style
I try to do D. Draper's hair style with (see below)
It starts well and perfect, but after some 30 minutes it starts to curl a bit and I have to correct it.
The one I'm using right now is not as strong as the two ones that I bought.

My question is: If none of those 2 can hold my hair (see below), would I have any other alternative like putting spray on top after the wet pomade?

Another question that I have is: My hair is ridiculously different while dry and wet. It is completely curl free and thick looking while wet. And gets some curls and looks weak in some parts while dry. Is there anything I can do to make it look as much as possible like when it's wet, while dry?

It also dries really fast, does it mean anything?

I'm currently using:
Redken Polish-up-pomade (Can't post links)

And I just bought and am currently waiting for these 2:
Layrite Super Hold

Redken Grip Tight Holding Gel

I know you guys recommend the first one (Layrite Super Hold), but google this article:
GQ How-to-get-don-draper-hair

Hamm's hairdresser used the 2nd one, so I'll give it a try.

And yes, I already saw the D. Draper hair guide in this forum.

Thanks in advance.
