Products to thin thick hair, fight frizz and straighten curls?
Is there any pomade, hair wax, hair gel, styling cream or any other hairstyling product that thins thick hair and fight frizz or that can straighten it?

RE: Products to thin thick hair, fight frizz and straighten curls?
If by thick hair you're talking of thick curly hair, which is what most clients at our barbershop are referring to then read this excellent post about hair texturizers which are used to tame culy hair and keep it more manageable. It's a post about straightening hair but take a look at the section in that post where it talks about hair texturizers and check out the ones that are recommended in the post.

A hair texturizer will make your curls looser which makes the hair look less thick. A texturizer also helps to diminish hair frizz and tangles so it's great if you're tired of styling your curls and going nowhere. Another good thing about texturizers is that you can apply them to you hair at home so there's no need to go to a hair salon to spend a good amount of money on getting the texturizer applied when you can do it at home yourself if you buy the product.

With a texturizer you just apply it once to your hair and the looser curls effect is permanent, which is an important benefit of hair texturizers. Flat irons on the other hand need to be used every time that you want to lighten up and straighten your hair, so a hair texturizer wins in this aspect and especially for men.

As optional you can also use a hair wax to style your hair once you have applied the texturizer and you has is now texturized. The hair wax is to be used as a daily hairstyling product just like you would use other pomade or hairstyling cream.

See this great post about men's hair wax products that lists all kinds of hair waxes by category. So you can choose a hair wax according to your hairstyle desire. Whether you want a high shine effect on your hair, or whether you want a strong hold on your hair to style your hair up or style it in spikes. That post about hair waxes is worth bookmarking as it's very detailed and the perfect reference to use at any time that you want to buy a new hair wax.
