Hugh Laurie hair loss, he's going bald
Hugh Laurie is going bald fast. The British actor is losing his hair from the vertex so it not easy to spot at first sight. Hugh Laurie's baldness is typical of male pattern baldness, his temples have receded but the vertex (crown of the head) is the most affected, this hair loss pattern is known as type III vertex.
To be fair Hugh Laurie is 54 so he can count himself lucky that he kept his hair until his early 50s!
These are some pictures of Hugh Laurie baldness:

fwiw Rogaine does an excellent job for vertex hair regrowth or at least slowing down the hair loss.

That last picture of Hugh Laurie is crazy, he probably was balding for a couple of years but his medium length curly hair plus some Toppik probably id the trick as it does for men with type ii and iii male pattern baldness anyway. Good find Barber!!
