After removing braids and fighting frizzy hair!
After removing braids and cornrows from your long hair, the hair will become way, frizzy and gain lots of volume. Since after the braids, your hair will look different and very frizzy, it is then very important to start grooming your long hair with a special braiding product from the moment you get the your hair braided and then, once the braids are removed, use a deep conditioner/hair mask and continue with your usual products so that you can get the shape of your natural long hair as it used to be before the braids.

Here's a picture of how braided hair looks after removing the braids.

The picture above is from Jose Manuel Pinto, the substitute goalkeeper for FC Barcelona. He removed the braids from his hair after several weeks of having tight braids and then posted the aftermath of the braid removal with his now new frizzy wavy hair! (his real hair is straight)

If you are going to be braiding your hair, always make sure that you use a special braiding product such as this product in Amazon so as to try to keep you scalp healthy, your braids with sheen and also help with the itching that you'll get after braiding the hair. The product in the link will also help with restoring the hair from any damage inflicted to the hair from the braiding process so do buy the product in the aforementioned Amazon link if you plan to braid your hair now or in the future. Likewise use a hair mask right after you get the braids removed to kick-start the resetting of your hair to its natural texture. A good hair mask to use that will add plenty of body and moisture to your unbraided hair is this hair mask from Amazon.

And another thing, braiding puts extra stress and tension on the hair follicles which can lead to balding if your nutrition is not good enough and the person doing the braiding sets the braids too tight. Make sure to take a vitamin C and E supplement during and after having the braids to ensure that any extra stress to the follicles from the braids doesn't damage your precious hair follicles! If you don't have any vitamin C and E supplements yet, then buy this high quality vitamin C supplement and this high quality vitamin E supplement.

Wow the change is heavy lol so in essence the hair becomes 'wavy' when it was braided and after getting the braids out?

Big Grin yes & makes the hair all puffy like the picture TMHF post above. It has the opposite effect for kinky curly hair it actually makes it less super curly & more defined.
